For this community, sales office traffic was slow. Situated in a small and mostly unknown town, our goal was to promote the quality offered in this community. While Lakehaven may be located in a town many buyers aren't aware of, it perfectly meets all their wants and needs.

02 — Creative process

They say the simplest solution is often the right one, and Homes That Check Every Box was just that.

Utilizing the check mark symbol and succinct copy, the message was clear and to the point. While we were targetting two very different demographics, the campaign was effortlessly adapted to speak to each one.

From pitching the concept through to a full shoot and the creation of each asset, our team took this campaign from start to finish. In my role, I conceptualized the campaign and developed the copy for all media assets.
